Experienced Administrator Sought for Long-term Part-time Assignment
We are currently seeking an experienced administrator for a longer part-time assignment.
- Scope: Part-time 50%
- Start Date: 2026-05-04
- Duration: Until 2027-04-30, potentially longer.
The client is flexible regarding how the 50% is distributed.
- Option 1: 08:00–12:00 Monday–Friday
- Option 2: 08:00–17:00 Tuesday and Wednesday, and 08:00–12:00 Thursday.
No possibility for remote work.
About the Role
The National Audit Office's International Department consists of a total of 20 employees: a department head, three operational coordinators each responsible for their own team, and a planning manager. 11 of the employees are project managers.
The department is organized into three teams, and the work is primarily project-based. Employees may participate in several parallel projects and work within more than one team simultaneously. The work is also conducted in close collaboration with international partners, both digitally and through on-site work in other countries. This places special demands on clear communication, good coordination, and well-functioning joint working methods.
Your Main Responsibilities
This role includes the following tasks:
- Work according to established routines
- Provide operational support for the operations
- Handle numerous contacts with employees and visitors
- Provide administrative support before and during international meetings and conferences
- Handle travel planning, group travel bookings, and contacts with the travel agency
- Handle visa applications and invitation letters
- Administer bookings for conferences abroad
- Write minutes and other documents according to instructions
Who Are You?
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Five (5) years of work experience as an administrator from today
- Worked in an international department or similar for at least three (3) years from today
- Experienced in working with multiple project managers and project participants when booking conferences and travel in countries outside Europe
- Experience working as an administrator in projects or with conferences within a development aid organization
The above must be supported by an attached CV, and it must be clear where in the CV the above requirements are met.
Furthermore, you should have completed at least one (1) assignment of similar work at a government agency that lasted one (1) year or more during the last three (3) years from today. The reference assignment may be ongoing.
- You have excellent collaboration skills, are attentive, meticulous, responsible, and have a high sense of service.
Reference Assignment:
The above must be supported by an attached reference assignment. The description of the reference assignment must include:
- Client
- Brief description of tasks
- Time period and scope
- Name of reference person with current contact details
